D.J. Wagner Joins Arkansas' Loaded Roster.                                  Big news for Arkansas Razorbacks basketball fans! D.J. Wagner, a former Kentucky guard and top high school recruit, has chosen to play for the Hogs. This is a huge pickup for Arkansas, who are building a powerhouse team under new coach John Calipari.

Top Recruit Joins the Hogs: Wagner was a consensus 5-star prospect coming out of high school. He played one season at Kentucky before transferring to Arkansas Calipari Building a Dynasty: Since arriving in April, Calipari has completely revamped the Arkansas roster. Wagner is the eighth new player to join the team.

Six of these transfers either played for or were previously committed to Kentucky, following Calipari to Arkansas.Top High School Class Too: The Razorbacks also boast the No. 2 ranked high school signing class according to recruiting experts.Wagner's Freshman Season: As a freshman at Kentucky, Wagner started most games and averaged nearly 10 points, 3 assists, and 2 rebounds pergame. He earned several accolades, including All-SEC Freshman honors.A Scoring Threat: Wagner impressed with his scoring ability, putting up 27 points in two games against Arkansas last season. He even had a career-high of 28 points in another game

This is a big win for Arkansas basketball. Wagner is a talented young player who will add scoring and playmaking to the Razorbacks' lineup.
